Yoga has been part of my life since I was 14. For more than 20 years, it has been something I have returned to again and again — to rebuild strength, reconnect with my body, recover from difficult periods and feel more like myself. Years later, after discovering acupressure yoga in New York, I became fascinated by how powerfully it could support the body. My teacher, Rose Erin Vaughan (founder of Science of Self), described acupressure as “the subconscious of the body” — an idea that immediately resonated with me because of my background in hypnosis.
I first discovered hypnosis when I was young and later trained in the practice, working with clients around the world and experiencing firsthand how deeply subconscious patterns can shape the way we feel, behave and move through life. After years of exploring almost every corner of the wellness world through my previous practice, HEALTH BY M, I found myself coming back to these two modalities again and again. RE brings them together: subconscious mind work and body-based practice — the two approaches that have made the most meaningful difference in my own life, and that I have found most powerful in helping create real, lasting change.
